About this Event
I've noticed and experienced personally the negative impacts that sugar can have on my ability to show up in life. Mentally, emotionally and physically.
There have been numerous days where I shake my head at myself; whether it be an impulsive reaction towards something I didn't agree with or the self-destructive, unloving judgement it encourages me to cast onto myself.
Sugar is addictive, period.
The sooner you grasp this truth, the sooner you can responsibility for your health and not let sugar control you any longer.
