Weight loss is a real struggle for some, I have been there and done that.
With the holidays nearing it is very common for weight gain to occur. I believe that process/experience is a choice.
Why this topic?
I struggled not getting to my ideal weight for YEARS. I embarked on numerous diets, fasts, and trained for many races to help hold me accountable. It was a destructive cycle of nothing working to get me a fitness professionals body.
Until I became certified as a health coach and learned about habit change and what healthy behaviors, around food especially, actually looked like. After implementing it on a consistent basis I was finally able to reach my desired physique.

Become aware of who you are being when you eat
Discover what foods give you energy
Find out when you should be eating based on your body
Learn tools on how to eat so your system can burn fat & lose weight
