About this Event

Confidence has a huge impact on our well-being; as children/teens onward into adulthood.

The top 5 reasons people lack confidence are:

Excessive expectations, the need to be perfect

Harsh self-judgement, imposter syndrome or that voice inside saying you're not good enough

Preoccupation with fear, fearful of rejection, failure or success

Lack of experience, not having a lot of experience in an activity

Lack of skills, new activity/concept without prior experience

In this workshop we will go through each of the reasons listed above one-by-one to help you get crystal clear on the real reason you have that as a method to prevent you from being confident.

In order to move away from something (an undesired state), we get to get clear on:

where it comes from, the story behind it

who contributes/creates it

what it feels like

why you keep yourself in that undesired state

Once we get the facts in those areas, we will move forward.

We will wrap this workshop up with tools, tactics and best practices on how to build confidence. Confidence is a universal thing so all ages are welcome!
