Being healthy or fit can be a controversial topic these days.

There's a lot of confusing buzz around what it is and even more confusing with how to achieve it. Which is why I've come up with 5 key things you should be doing if you want to be 'FIT'.

I've been putting a lot of focus around becoming 'fit' in all aspects of my life;

financially

physically

mentally

emotionally

spiritually

energetically

When you focus on only one element of your wellbeing you aren't going to get the results you seek to experience.

Lacking balance and attention towards ALL aspects of your life will result in the reality that something feels OFF.

If I want to feel more financially fit, I can't avoid looking at my bank statements and think that my discipline in the fitness arena is going to create it.

We naturally avoid things that feel uncomfortable to us.

We are wired to let fear stop us in our tracks before even attempting to do something new.
